All exhibitors display equipment will be consolidated into one truck-load in Portland, OR by our handling agents, Air Truck transport. They must receive your equipment no later than November 24, 2008.

Following the completion of the shows in Canada, Accelerated Transport Services will return your equipment to the U.S. as quickly as customs and transportation allows. This may arrive in U.S. as late as December 4, 2008.
The entire consolidation will be handed over to Explore Airtrans Services for return airfreight shipping as you specify below. Please note that there will be no NEXT DAY service available. Explore Airtrans Services will bill you for the airfreight charges.
