Real Time & Embedded Computer Shows, Canada

The RTC Group's Canadian Shows are scheduled for CANADA. Please use the linked forms to make your reservations for transportation services from the U.S. consolidation point into Canada and return to the U.S. We will ensure that all your display materials travel to the floor at the show, without delay or costly single entry customs fees, and then return to the U.S. following the show. All customs clearing fees and transportation services from the consolidation point to the shows and return to the consolidation point in the U.S. are included. The total fee for Explore Airtrans Services services for the show will vary according to services rendered. Explore Airtrans Services will invoice you separately for the shipping to and from the consolidation point.

Paperwork is reduced to just two pages. Please complete the linked forms and submit them back now to reserve your space on the bonded truck. Original Documents and the check must be mailed as per scheduled deadline. A fee of $100.00 will be assessed for late registration.

Please note that the type temporary custom entry we will use does not allow for changes to the value or composition of your shipment while in Canada. Any literature or brochures to be given away should not be included on the documentation for customs.
